Meet Samuel Fritzler

Samuel Fritzler is the founder of Fritzler, PLLC and serves as the firm’s managing member and principal.

Prior to founding Fritzler, PLLC, Samuel worked for a prestigious Tampa law firm, as a member of the firm’s complex litigation team. During this time, Samuel represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court. Samuel’s practice largely comprised of complex commercial litigation, business litigation, and civil litigation.

Upon graduating from law school, and before joining the complex litigation team, Samuel began his legal career working for one of Florida’s largest and most prestigious civil trial firms. During this time, Samuel defended numerous large insurance companies and the corporations for which they insured.

Prior to becoming an attorney, and before attending law school,  Samuel graduated from the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. During his tenure at the University of Central Florida, Samuel was a member of the Dean’s List and an active philanthropist and brother of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Samuel graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Samuel interned at places such as the Office of the State Attorney (17th Judicial Circuit), Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel (3rd Region), and Orange County Public Schools. In addition to the mentioned internships, Samuel was able to participate in the University of Miami’s Tenants’ Rights Clinic, the University’s Litigation Skills Program (I, II, & Externship), the Criminal Law Society, and was also able to obtain over 150 Pro Bono Hours.

Samuel is a lifetime Floridian, and currently resides in the Sarasota/Bradenton area with his beautiful wife and daughter.
